Founder & Managing Partner

Richard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Next Frontier Real Estate Holdings. He is an investment professional and Real Estate Broker, specializing in Investment Real Estate in Central Texas for institutional, hedge fund, and individual clients. Most recently he was the Managing Partner of REBEL Realty Investments, LLC, which ran two real estate focused funds, successfully outperforming all proformas, and returned all capital to investors after the successful sale of all
portfolio properties.

Formerly President & CEO of Edison Capital Management, a firm that directed investments in new technology innovation, Richard has 25+ years' experience the financial, technology and oilfield sectors. This includes the founding, development and successful sale of Spectrum Capital Partners, one of the world’s largest long/short proprietary trading firms. He has also served as a Managing Director and Division Head of Asset Management Consulting for several investment banks. Richard began his career in the U.S. Army and retired as a Captain before entering into finance.
